Your signature authorizes IDXR,llc to build and maintain a data connection and or web page between your primary website and you local MLS(s). Additional web-based services as requested above are also requested. You acknowledge that you have read and understand the IDXR, llc terms and conditions previously provided on . You will be billed monthly for the amount stated above. Payment on services will be due at the beginning of each month (approximately the 25th) for services the following month.

By providing your credit card number you hereby authorize IDXR,llc to debit your bank card for the amounts described above. Services will continue on a month-to-month basis, unless otherwise stated in this agreement. Once payment has been made for a period, refunds are not available. In the event that you may choose to cancel services with IDXR, llc you must provide notice prior to the 20th of the month preceding the service period in which services are to be cancelled. Please note: IDX/MLS Data Feed Accounts with high usage will be charged an additional surcharge for the additional bandwidth and server requirements. Usage Limits is defined as Total Searches plus Total Page Views plus Total Email Updates attempted per month. (Use of Admin and other functions such as home valuation or calculator are not included).

Agent IDX usage limit default is 5,000/mth. Extra blocks of 1,000 units add $10/mth. Small Office IDX usage limit is 10,000/mth. Extra blocks of 2,000 units add $20/ mth. Large Office IDX usage limit default is 20,000/mth. Extra blocks of 15,000 units add $50/mth. Excess Usage Limits typically impact less than one percent of our clients.
